Peter rejoins us in 2023, we are proud to say. He began working at Stuart Latham Solicitors in 2015 as a paralegal and later a junior solicitor, before spending the past few years working in estate litigation at another reputable law firm in Newcastle. We are delighted to have Peter back to assist with our wills + estate practice. Peter brings valuable knowledge and experience to complex estate planning matters. Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University in 2020 and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2023. With a background in real estate and experience in residential conveyancing as a Licensed Conveyancer, we were so proud when Kim was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in July 2023. Kim has a passion for property law and is focused on understanding her client’s objectives - to help them navigate the complexities of their conveyancing transactions with ease.

Amanda's journey at Stuart Latham Solicitors began as a paralegal in 2018, where she gained valuable experience in property law as well as wills + estates. In 2022 she completed her studies and was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW. In 2023, Amanda joined our wills + estates team.
